Yesterday before bedtime, Nadra gave us her silent treatment.
We sang and tickled her, waiting to hear her squeal, but there was none. She just looked into our eyes, and gave a tight straight smile. We smoothered her with many kisses (usually she will giggle), but yesterday, none, lips tightly shut trying to contain her laughter. We left her to sit and pretended to be busy, still, no reaction, instead she just crawled towards us.
Before she went to sleep, she let out a wide grin and giggle.
If you think only adults can joke, try Nadra. She can scare the hell out of us.
